Christina’s medical training is in western medicine, she has a masters degree in Clinical Medical Sciences and is a certified Physician Assistant. She has been practicing medicine for 8 years, and has worked in a variety of specialties, including plastic surgery, bariatric surgery, vascular surgery, and aesthetics, prior to finding her passion in mental health. Christina is also an Elemental Shaman, which means that she can enter altered states of consciousness, also known as journeys, to assist her patients with spiritual growth, emotional healing, recovering spirit or power animals, cleansing and clearing energies that no longer serve, as well as many other things that may come up in a session. In conjunction with ketamine therapy and spiritually focused talk therapy (integration), provided by Dr. Downhill, her combined experience in both physiology and spirituality allow her to guide you gently and peacefully through your darkest moments to reconnect with your inner spark.
