Cookie Policy

Last updated: May 28, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Psychable, Inc. ("Psychable," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on psychable.com (the "Site"). It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device (computer, phone, or tablet) when you visit. They let the site recognize your browser on subsequent visits, remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and measure how the site is used. "Similar technologies" — such as local storage, session storage, and pixel tags — work the same way for the purposes of this policy, and we use the word "cookies" to cover all of them.

How we categorize the cookies we use

We group the cookies on Psychable into four categories. Strictly necessary cookies are always on; the others are only set in the situations described below.

Strictly necessary

Required for the Site to function. They sign you in, keep your session active, remember your cookie-consent choices, and protect the Site from abuse. The Site will not work correctly without them.

Functional

Remember choices you make (saved listings, search filters, recently viewed). These improve your experience but the Site will still function without them.

Analytics

Help us understand how people use the Site in aggregate — which pages are visited, how long sessions last, where errors occur — so we can improve it. These do not identify you personally.

Marketing

Set by us or by partners to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and, where you have consented, to show you more relevant content on Psychable or on other sites.

First-party cookies (set by Psychable)

Authentication session

When you sign in to Psychable we set an httpOnly, Secure session cookie. It identifies you to our servers on subsequent requests so you do not need to sign in for every page. The cookie itself contains a signed token, not your password. It is set for up to 90 days when you check "Remember me," or it is cleared at the end of your browser session when you do not.

Cookie-consent preference

When you accept, reject, or customize cookies in our consent banner, we store your choice on your device so we do not have to ask again on every visit. This cookie is in the "strictly necessary" category.

Functional preferences

We may store small amounts of data in your browser to remember your recent searches, the last set of directory filters you used, and saved or shortlisted listings. These keep the Site useful between visits and are not shared with third parties.

Third-party cookies

Some pages on Psychable embed services from trusted third parties. These providers may set their own cookies, governed by their own privacy and cookie policies. We do not control what they set; we list the most common ones below so you know what to expect.

Stripe

On pages where you start a subscription or manage billing, Stripe sets cookies to detect and prevent payment fraud. See Stripe's Cookie Policy.

Google

If you sign in with Google, Google sets cookies during the OAuth flow to authenticate you. See Google's Cookie Policy.

GoHighLevel (LeadConnector)

Some Psychable pages embed contact and waitlist forms from GoHighLevel. When you load one of those pages, the form provider may set cookies to track form submissions. See GoHighLevel's Privacy Policy.

Cloudflare

Our Site is served through Cloudflare, which sets security cookies to distinguish humans from bots and to mitigate denial-of-service attacks. See Cloudflare's Cookie Policy.

If we add a new third-party tool that sets cookies, we will update this list and, where required by law, ask for your consent the first time you encounter it.

How to manage or disable cookies

You can refuse non-essential cookies, change your choice at any time, or clear cookies that have already been set. There are three places to do this:

On Psychable

Use the cookie consent banner the first time you visit, or reopen your preferences from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer at any time. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be turned off because the Site relies on them to function.

In your browser

Every modern browser lets you view, delete, and block cookies. The exact steps depend on the browser:

Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in or completing a checkout on Psychable. Blocking functional, analytics, or marketing cookies will not break the Site, but some features will be less personalized.

Global signals (Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control)

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as an opt-out of sale and sharing of personal information where applicable law requires that. Browsers vary widely in their support of "Do Not Track," so we follow GPC where available.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time — for example, when we add new tools, change a category, or are required to by law. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the Site or by email where appropriate.
