DATE AND TIME DETAILS: Program begins on Sundays with an 11:30 am pickup at a hotel next to the San Jose (SJO) airport. We will provide you with hotel information in your confirmation email. We recommend arriving the day before, but if arriving Sunday, please book your arriving flight to land before 8 am. You will return to the hotel the last day (Friday) by 12:30 pm. Please book your departing flight to leave any time after 3:30 pm. Transportation (land and ferry) to Soltara is included in package pricing.

BOOKING YOUR FLIGHTS Please do not book your flights until your medical intake questionnaire has been reviewed and confirmed! Soltara is not responsible for any flight costs incurred prior to approving your registration. If there are any medical issues that would prevent you from safely attending a retreat with us, we will follow up with you and you would be entitled to a full refund of any deposit made. If you have any questions during the registration process or are concerned any health conditions (including bipolar, schizophrenia, or psychosis) may prevent you from attending a retreat, please contact us first. We handle everything so you have the space to immerse yourself fully into the experience, the medicine, and your process. We balance (optional) scheduled activities with lots of free time for you to let your intuition be your guide. Meditate in our gardens or on the beach, take advantage of the calm Gulf waters with snorkeling or kayaking, find your creative side in our fully stocked art space, or discuss your experience with our warm and compassionate facilitators. Whatever calls you – our staff and facilities are a safe haven for you to let go of whatever doesn’t serve you, making space for everything that does.
