Rise Wellness Retreat offers a safe, legal and all-inclusive 5-day microdosing wellness experience located in beautiful Treasure Beach, Jamaica. Enhance, improve and optimize your life and well-being.

We’ve come together with over thirty combined years of wellness, plant medicine, and science experience to help guide and inspire our clients. Rise Wellness offers an all-inclusive retreat that includes workshops and classes held by certified wellness professionals and specially formulated microdoses of psilocybin. Whether you’re curious about trying psilocybin for the first time or want to build on your previous experiences, we personally advise and guide each guest to help provide a solution to those seeking a legal, safe and science-based integrative wellness package for improving mood, enhancing creativity, reducing stress, and increasing your overall mental and physical wellness. We’ve created something very special here at Rise Wellness Retreat. And we can’t wait for you to explore it—and yourself—to the fullest potential.

Itinerary

Guests should arrive at the Montego Bay Airport (or a hotel nearby) by noon local time. Our welcoming driver will meet each guest at Montego Bay Airport (MBJ) upon arrival, transporting you to our secluded, private villa in the sleepy fishing community of Treasure Beach on the South Coast of Jamaica. Immediately upon arriving at the retreat, you’ll be given a tour of the villa and local beach. After being shown to your room, you’ll have some time to settle in before joining our other guests for an educational introduction session. Our first evening together will be filled with discussion, intention setting and a family-style dinner. On Days Two, Three and Four you will begin your day with a micro dose, smoothie or juice and a self-guided activity, such as a swim or a beach walk. You’ll then join a morning yoga or body movement class. After a nourishing and filling breakfast, guests are invited to participate in optional classes or explore on your own. Around noon, guests will be offered a light lunch and your second micro dose. During your down time, we encourage you to book your inclusive 30-minute massage with our registered Shiatsu and Sotai Massage Therapist or sit down with one of our facilitators for a one-on-one session. In addition to our workshops, there are many ways to enjoy your day, such as swimming in our pool, walking along the beach, reading from our library of wellness books, engaging in an art-therapy project, cycling, hiking, or simply exploring our safe and inviting local area and nearby attractions. As sunset approaches our group will reunite for a meditation or restorative body movement class before sharing a family-style meal. Evenings are all about discussing experiences and making meaningful connections. On Day Five we will explore our private beach together and celebrate your journey with a closing fire ceremony.
