5 Day Ayahuasca Retreats in Ecuador with Alma Healing Center

This 5 day ayahuasca retreat is for those of you looking for healthy and transformative experiences with plant medicine and the opportunity to learn more about yourself, find clarity in your purpose and work decisions, and reconnect with your essence.

The advantage of this retreat over our shorter one (2 day retreat) is that it includes 2 ceremonies. Often, the first ceremony is about cleansing your body, mind and spirit. You might purge more and go to the bathroom. After this ceremony and the temazcal (this also a great detox ritual), your body will be familiarized with ayahuasca and in the second ceremony which takes place in the beautiful lush cloudforest), you will be able to enter more deeply and do more spiritual and emotional work with this powerful medicine.

We have small groups so there is a lot of space and time to get to know one another, self reflect and ask questions to the ceremony guides and medicine woman, Paulina.

The retreat begins near Quito in a countryside town called Pintag where we will have our first ayahuasca ceremony (Saturday), followed by a temazcal / sweatlodge ceremony early the next morning (Sunday). The rest of that day we rest and on the next day we head to Mindo cloudforest together where we will have a daytime ayahuasca ceremony.

The 5 day retreat combines with a 2 day retreat group during the first 2 days. After the temazcal (Sunday), participants of the 2 day retreat will depart, leaving only the 5-day retreat participants. (This sounds more confusing than it is!)

On Monday, the 5-day ayahuasca retreat participants will depart the Quito area and travel together to Mindo, about a two hours drive from Quito.
