Sacred Renewal: A Women’s Retreat for healing, reclaiming and celebrating the divine feminine

Each day will begin in noble silence as we attune mindfully and sensually to our bodies and ourselves, through meditation and mindful movement. Spacious mealtimes, as well as time in nature, and integration opportunities are part of this experience. DAY 1: An afternoon arrival, is followed by settling in, dinner, and a Welcome Circle. DAY 2: Highlights include a talk on the feminine principle, followed by a nature-based activity, a creative expression exercise, deepening through integration and personal time, cultivating community through communal mealtime, and a fire ceremony. DAY 3: After our morning movement and breakfast routine, we provide another talk that prepares participants for the Sacred Plant Medicine Ceremony to take place in the afternoon. Dinner, integration & processing time round out the day. DAY 4: We deepen into the integration process with a talk, groups shares, and 1:1 time with facilitators. A celebration completes the day. DAY 5: Closing circle and final words complete this communal experience.

Included in this offering: Delicious and homemade meals will be a supportive feature of this retreat. Cozy private and/or shared rooms are included in the cost. Fees are reflective of room selection. Facilitation by two experience plant medicine guides. Spiritual and Transformational coaching expertise. Art therapy and sound bath expertise. Sacred lands that feature a labyrinth and numerous wooded trails. Spaciousness for reflection and integration.

ROOMS: A variety of cozy room options are available in the main lodge. These range from shared and single accommodations with shared bath, to one private room with an ensuite bath. MEALS: "Mouthwatering food is a significant part of the Wintergreen experience. Our menus feature local foods and much of our produce is grown in our own gardens.
