Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu, transfer to the Himalayan resort Day 2: Opening circle, medical check-in, orientation, intention setting Day 3: First psilocybin ceremony (guided, with music and breathwork) Day 4: Integration day — yoga, meditation, journaling, individual consultations Day 5: First microdosing session + group sharing circle Day 6: Second psilocybin ceremony Day 7: Integration day — nature walk, breathwork, rest Day 8: Second microdosing session + bodywork Day 9: Third psilocybin ceremony Day 10: Integration day + third microdosing session Day 11: Fourth psilocybin ceremony (closing ceremony) Day 12: Final integration circle, fourth microdosing session, departure preparation Daily schedule includes: morning yoga & meditation (7:00), breakfast (8:30), group/individual sessions (10:00-12:00), lunch (13:00), free time or nature activities (14:00-16:00), evening practice (17:00), dinner (19:00).

How to get there

Fly to Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM) in Kathmandu, Nepal. Ground transfer from Kathmandu to the retreat venue is included in the retreat package and arranged by our team. The transfer takes approximately 6-7 hours through scenic mountain roads. Detailed travel instructions and visa guidance are provided upon booking confirmation.
