How I work with clients

We're not meant to navigate the hard parts of life alone. If you've been feeling lost, disconnected, disembodied, overwhelmed, stressed out, stretched too thin or like you're just not living the life you envisioned despite your best efforts, I get it. We all need support sometimes. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space where you can explore your inner landscapes and embark on healing journeys of self-discovery. I aim to foster your self-awareness, acceptance, and empowerment allowing you deeper access the transformative potential that lies within you. Together, we'll explore somatic practices, breath work, mindfulness, therapeutic art activities, nature, and traditional talk therapy to uncover the patterns and processes which have held you back, or kept you small. I endorse responsible and ethical use of psychedelic medicine, and support your safe navigation of altered states. If you're called to embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing, I'd be honored to walk alongside you. Feel free to book a consultation call, or reach out via email with any questions.

Treatment approach

I believe in tailoring counseling to address the whole person and creating personalized experiences which integrate targeted therapeutic modalities and techniques to suit each client's unique needs. I'll introduce you to transpersonal and psychodynamic philosophies, we'll gently explore your past, your subconscious, and early childhood experiences. You'll gain understanding through art experiences, mindfulness, nature therapy, somatic work, IFS, behavioral science, neuroscience, and - should you decide to take a very deep dive into your psyche - personalized psychedelic journey work.
