About

During my undergraduate years, I studied East-West psychology and learned how Buddhist practices such as mindfulness meditation facilitated in healing and personal growth. Since then, I have been a mindfulness practitioner for a decade with a background in Vipassana meditation and non-dual contemplative practices. Mindfulness meditation has transformed my life, my relationships, and my work in so many ways. It continues to inspire and inform the healing work I do with others. I am continually amazed at the mysterious and wild unfoldment of this life in each one of us and it is my honor to be a witness to that journey.

How I work with clients

I help individuals in search of inner healing, self-acceptance, and a desire to show up more fully in their lives. I work with people looking to heal old childhood wounding that may be holding them back in their lives and relationships. Mindfulness based techniques are used to help clients trust in their inner experience, feel capable to meet the unique challenges of their lives, and develop the tools necessary for lasting change and healing. My goal is to help you reestablish a sense of inner safety, trust within yourself, and increase your self-compassion. I am a trained transpersonal psychologist that uses techniques rooted attachment theory, psychodynamic approaches, mindfulness-based psychotherapy, somatic (body-oriented), and East-West psychology.
