About

Maybe society has told you that you are different, weird, or wrong. Perhaps you have developed a critical inner voice that tells you that you aren’t good enough. Shame can make you feel unworthy of the love and respect you deserve. Together, I believe we can overcome that shame and work towards self-love and empowerment. I am passionate about working with transgender and gender-nonconforming folks, individuals who work in the sex work industry, and people who are struggling with all types of trauma.

All identities are welcome and honored in the therapy space with me.

How I work with clients

I provide individual therapy for adults. Every individual is different, so I attune my therapy style to suit you and your needs. I use a variety of therapy modalities, including EMDR and Internal Family Systems, to meet you where you are at. I am sex-positive as well as kink and non-monogamy affirming. I believe laughter is an important part of healing, and you can expect therapy with me to be playful, creative, and validating. As a queer and neurodiverse woman, I can attest firsthand to the positive changes that come from embracing your identity and working through shame and trauma. I understand that vulnerability is scary, and seeing a new therapist can be daunting. I am confident that I can provide a non-judgmental, supportive, and empathetic space for you to process and grow.
