About Me

Hi, I’m Emma! I’m the founder of Alternative Therapy STL. I am a holistic, transpersonal, and alternative therapist who loves helping people heal using ancient and progressive healing methods. I do not just want to help you manage chronic mental health conditions. I want to help you heal them, and I want to see you thrive. I believe that psychedelics, as well as other altered states of consciousness, can unlock powerful innate healing intelligence, heal trauma, help you become more spiritually connected, and help you gain valuable insight. How I work with clients:

I offer two psychedelic-related services:

KETAMINE-ASSISTED PSYCHOTHERAPY: These sessions involve taking prescribed ketamine sublingual troches in a therapeutic setting to help you experience the neurochemical effects of ketamine, have support for your psychedelic experience, and take advantage of the therapeutic and neuroplastic window offered by ketamine. PSYCHEDELIC INTEGRATION: I offer psychedelic preparation and integration sessions for those who are having a psychedelic experience on their own time, for example in ayahuasca retreats, psilocybin retreats in Oregon or Colorado, or experiences at home. Proper integration is important, and helps altered states turn into altered traits. I would love to help you integrate your psychedelic experiences into your wider therapeutic journey and into your life. My Therapeutic Approach

I am a holistic and root cause practitioner. I have lived, studied, and searched far and wide for answers to how to create health and healing. I do not believe that mental health issues need to be permanent, and I believe that people have access to strong, innate healing potential that can be accessed and harnessed using altered states of consciousness, including psychedelics.

In addition to psychedelics, I also facilitate other altered states of consciousness using hypnosis and shamanic journeying to help clients find their own answers. I see myself as a facilitator of healing, rather than the healer myself. I am trained and/or certified in:
