This knowledge and acceptance naturally manifests life outcomes that are optimal for who you are becoming… Outcomes that are unknown to you presently. Transformation can be playful and experimental. We may begin with guided and open meditations and motivational interviewing, to build a self-witness state of mind… We may use methods of self-reflection to help you sustain your motivation, such as creating rituals and guideposts to navigate your personal rhythms and cycles, setting up a personal vision quest.
