About

I have been a Holistic Therapist & Alternative Medicine Advisor and an Oracle Intuitive since 2003. I have been giving relationship guidance and sex coaching to couples since 2008 and specialize in healing the physical, energetic and emotional bodies simultaneously.

Currently, I am in graduate school at Alliant International to obtain my PsyD. in Marriage and Family Therapy, specializing in the therapeutic benefits of couples microdosing psilocybin. I offer sex and relationship therapies and teach sexual education and communication.

Additionally, I founded the San Diego Psilocybin Society in 2017. This is a community and a family of like-minded members that believe alternative and psychedelic medicine have a place in healing and creating quality of life for those who seek it out.

My work combines Eastern Philosophy, Western Psychology, Meditation & Breath Work with Indigenous Sacred Plant Medicine and Nutrition to manifest optimal health.

How I work with clients

My style and modalities are unique in the sense that they come from a mix of traditional education and techniques as well as more spiritual and unconventional practices. I am 'not for everyone' and those who are aligned with my work tend to continue as needed sessions or have worked with me for nearly two decades.

Treatment approach

The first question I will ask you is "Do you want to heal or do you want to talk about healing?" This will translate into are you willing to do the work. It is vital to understand that you are the collaborator with the plant medicine, the plant medicine is not your employee. A proper healing process will feel challenging at times and peaceful at others. My style creates a balance of accountability and support. In this sense, you will shed old skins and evolve into a new version of yourself. And you must be prepared for the evolution to inspire you to discard pieces of your life that you never expected.
