About

I’m a licensed psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals through trauma, life transitions, and deep inner work. For the past decade, I have worked within psychedelic spaces, offering preparation and integration support grounded in both clinical training and reverence for the depth of these experiences.

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and integrative, drawing from EMDR, DBT, and parts-based work (IFS-informed). I support clients in clarifying intention, navigating complex emotional material, and making meaning of their experiences in ways that translate into lasting change.

I work with individuals across a range of experiences—including first-time explorers, those processing difficult or destabilizing journeys, and clinicians seeking grounded support in their own work.

My intention is to create a space that is both safe and expansive—where insight can be integrated with care, and where healing unfolds at a pace that honors the nervous system.

How I work with clients

I offer preparation and integration support that is both structured and relational, meeting each client where they are while honoring the depth of this work. In preparation, we clarify intentions, explore mindset and expectations, and build internal resources to support safety and openness. In integration, we gently process the experience, working with emotional material, insights, and any challenges that arise, so they can be meaningfully integrated into daily life. My style is warm, attuned, and collaborative. I move at a pace that respects the nervous system, creating a space where clients feel both supported and empowered in their process.

Treatment approach

My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing from EMDR, DBT, and parts-based (IFS-informed) therapy. I view psychedelic work not as a standalone experience, but as part of a larger therapeutic process. I support clients in understanding their inner landscape, working with protective patterns, and developing the capacity to stay present with difficult or meaningful experiences. This work is grounded in both clinical skill and deep respect for the intelligence of the psyche. The focus is not only on insight, but on embodied, sustainable change over time.
