About

I’m a licensed psychotherapist specializing in adoption and other hard beginnings, including early developmental and relational trauma and how these shape adult relationships. I work with individuals, couples, and polycules using attachment-based therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (Sue Johnson). My work emphasizes depth, relational safety, and ethical psychedelic-assisted support, with a focus on meaningful, sustainable change over time.

How I work with clients

I work collaboratively and relationally, paying close attention to safety, pacing, and each person’s unique history. Together, we explore how early experiences—especially adoption and other hard beginnings—continue to shape emotions, relationships, and patterns of protection. I’m not directive or prescriptive; instead, I help clients build curiosity toward their inner world while staying grounded in the present. Whether working individually or relationally, I aim to create a space where complexity is welcomed and meaningful change can unfold over time.

Treatment approach

My treatment approach integrates attachment-based therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (Sue Johnson), with attention to early developmental and relational trauma. I work with individuals, couples, and polycules, and my practice is poly-friendly. When relevant, I also provide ethical support around psychedelic preparation and integration. Across all work, I emphasize relational safety, depth, and structure—supporting insight, emotional regulation, and lasting shifts rather than quick fixes.
