About

Hi, I’m Roxana and I am passionate about understanding and overcoming addictions with the help of plant medicines and integration work after the use of plant medicines.

My work centers on somatically assisting people with psychedelic integration/preparation, and addiction recovery coaching for people choosing to work with alternative modalities, including psychedelics, for recovery, transformation, and healing.

I know these experiences can make us feel lonely, misunderstood, and confused. My intention is to assist you in making sense of your experiences and gain clarity. I’ll be there with you until you gain the confidence to navigate this path on your own.

I follow a trauma-informed model and have completed training in Somatic Plant Medicine Integration with Atira Tan, Increasing safety in Ayahuasca ceremonies with ICEERS, Transformational Recovery and Psychedelic Integration coaching program with Being True to You, and Treating Trauma and Addiction with the Felt Sense Polyvagal Model with Polyvagal Institute.

I love giving back and supporting the psychedelic and recovery community and I do so by co-facilitating an open online, psychedelic recovery group with the amazing non-profit organization San Francisco Psychedelic Society.

How I work with clients

Trauma-informed approach, somatically based with emphasis on the felt sense polyvagal way. I meet my clients where they are with presence and compassion. The space we together create is nonjudgmental and built on trust and safety. I assist my clients in bringing concepts and insights gained in psychedelic experiences into a felt sense so they can be incorporated and used as resources in times of need. I focus on maintaining social engagement by using invitational language and reflective listening to create a space for nervous system co-regulation.
