I work collaboratively with patients on a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues in a comfortable and supportive environment. I help clients recognize and adapt thinking and behavior patterns that get in the way of becoming who they would like to be. For the majority of my patients, I provide both individual psychotherapy and psychopharmacology, but I also provide medication evaluation and management for some clients who see other psychotherapists regularly for individual therapy, and others who take medication but are not also in individual psychotherapy. I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each patient’s individual needs and goals.
