About
Thank you for your interest in holistic wellbeing. I am focused on whole-person wellbeing, and I provide a variety of holistic services tailored to the individual.
I am experienced with providing sensitive, confidential psychedelic integration. My interests are yoga, breathing techniques, somatic release, mindfulness, guidance and reassurance, tailored to the individual.
I hold qualifications of PMHNP-BC, Nursing BSN, Nutritional Psychiatry, Psychedelic Assisted Therapy Practitioner, Ketamine Nurse Practitioner Certification, Yoga Teaching, ACLS, PALS & BLS. I have experience in various medical and emergency settings; including ED and Trauma centres in England, Germany, Kenya and Afghanistan in my previous role as a Combat Medical Technician with the British Army.
I have worked in healthcare for over 20 years and think of it as my dharma, or life purpose, to utilise my education, skills and qualifications for the benefit of humanity and all other beings, and intent to continue making a significant contribution to the delivery of holistic, contemporary mental and physical healthcare.
My interest is in natural and preventative healthcare methods, and live a plant-based lifestyle centered around health, balance & ethics. I understand the value of practicing in a holistic environment, utilising a fusion of psychiatry, yoga, plant-based diet, and psychedelic integration therapy in order to assist people to self-actualise and realise the health, balance and peace within us all.
