I work as a professional life coach and psychedelic integration coach. I work at the intersection between pragmatic action-oriented coaching, Jungian psychology, and the spirit and science of psychedelic medicines. Keith helped me tremendously with preparing for a spiritual retreat. I felt like we had a strong connection. Excellent listener, great communicator, punctual, and just an all around good guy. This was my very first time working with a life coach, and I absolutely see the value in it. I’ve learned so much about what I want from life and how I want to live it by working with Keith. He’s a very attentive, compassionate, and authentic listener and provides support that allows you to move beyond where you’re currently landing. He has a really beautiful balance of logic and intuition – I’ve found this really helpful to be understood on multifaceted, subtle layers. He provides tools which I’ve looked back on since our first session and his work definitely encourages more love in the world!
