Jai makes sure to provide Preparation and Integration sessions as well so that you are supported in digesting navigating your insights.

How I work with clients

I hold Medicine space in home or outdoors and provide online sessions for learning about each other and integrating what surfaces with Medicine. I love working with clients with the awareness and support of their bodies and entering into feelings and sensations so as to find energetic and emotional relief or transmutation and transformation of one's relationships to past experiences, places, people. I ask clients to engage various parts of self that have been cast off due to hard experiences. I also give clients opportunities to reflect on their relationships to nature as a mirror, resource support, or aspect of their wholeness. I celebrate and witness growths and and array of life transitions.
