About

I am a spiritually driven explorer of the multi-dimensional self, through my strong spirit I inspire others to make things happen.
I have a Master’s Degree in Integral Psychology from the John F. Kennedy University in California. It is based on integral theory, an intuitively transformational metatheory that has supported and challenged me to understand the many aspects of life and feel the creative evolutionary force embedded in each moment. Through my studies I have discovered the hidden aspects of myself, integrated practices for compassionate living and explored the depth of my soul. Integral theory has given me the tools to understand and organize my experiences so that there’s more clarity in my path.

I have been trained as a professional integral coach by Integral Coaching Canada. I use a dynamic systems approach to change, to bring about change and to pursue change with resilience with an integral development focus. I enjoy working with clients and get inspired by observing transformation happen.

While being in my master’s degree and through my coaching practice, I’ve developed a coaching method that includes the use of altered states, introspection, and shadow work to discover the hidden aspects of the self (based on Jung).
Shamanism has been an important part of my development of coming into my true self. Since my teenage years I experienced with different shamanistic rituals from Mexico and the Native-American. My participation and interest in the shamanic practices has given me significant experiences that are integrated as part of my integral life practice and transmitted through my work. My shamanistic practice is influenced by my studies at the Foundation of Shamanic Studies (Core Shamanism by Michael Harner) and from the Munay-ki.

Since 2014 I’ve been working with ibogaine, psilocybin and other plant medicines in Mexico, USA and Europe, offering treatments and ceremonies for psycho-spiritual purposes. Plant medicine has been my main teacher and I offer a therapeutic approach to finding healing through the use of psychedelics and entheogens.

I am originally from Monterrey, Mexico and have lived in the US (on-and-off) for about 25 years. I have a beautiful lovely daughter. My professional experience in the US has been as a social worker, medical interpreter, cultural competency trainer, grant coordinator and manager at public hospitals and government agencies.

How I work with clients

I offer guidance and support to people who feel called to heal, evolve, know their core story, live their purpose, and awaken. My work includes practices on shadow work, family triangles, meditation, awareness and mindfulness practices, personality typologies, spirituality, inquiry and energy work. As part of the integral transformative work a client goes through a process of developing new capacities to develop new ways of being that are desired for a specific personal goal. Through training and practice I've developed a transformative method inspired from integral theory, adult development theory, Jungian and Gestalt therapies, spirituality, and shamanism. The transformative process includes using multiple lenses to get a deep sense of the client's perspectives and worldview so that I can understand how he/she moves in the world, sees the world, what results he/she looks for and what actions he/she takes.
