Martha received her master’s degree in 2016 from the Maryland University of Integrative Health where she wrote her master’s thesis on the intersection of emotional trauma, addiction, and gut health. She is a Certified Nutrition Specialist, natural food chef, addiction recovery coach, psychedelic integration coach, and neuronutrient recovery specialist. In addition to her private practice, she currently works with functional medicine alongside practitioners in Mindfulness-Based Psychedelic Therapy at the Center for Medicinal Mindfulness. There is an increasing body of evidence supporting the use of cannabis, psilocybin, ketamine, and other psychedelic medicines in treating eating disorders, depression, addiction, anxiety, and other psychospiritual conditions. Balanced nutrition is essential for the preparation and integration of psychedelic experiences. As an experienced integration coach, she can help guide you to greater integration of mind, body, and spirit.
