I am a holistic psychologist. Together, we will integrate mindfulness, neuroscience, and wellness approaches to help achieve optimal well-being. I see clients of all ages from young childhood through adulthood, including families and couples.

As a fellow New Yorker who understands the challenges of balancing personal and professional commitments, I believe that therapy can be the missing link to achieving happiness and future success. Together, we will work to discover how you can live the life that you want and cultivate the best version of yourself. I am a Holistic Psychologist who is passionate about making science, wellness, and psychology accessible to everyone. As a trained psychologist, I provide integrative, strengths-based psychotherapy that is grounded in scientifically-backed, evidence-based methods. Through our work together, you will unlock your confidence, gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and develop coping skills that you can use for the rest of your life. By looking within, you can navigate your life and make decisions that align with your values and goals.

Treatment approach

I’ve worked with creatives, professionals, CEOs, college students, and entrepreneurs. I work best with people who take an active role in their own growth and fulfillment. I am a caring, curious, warm, and interactive therapist who is highly motivated to help you transform your life and meet your needs. I believe that everyone is capable of thriving, and I have an inherent ability to see the good in everyone. With me, you'll strike a balance between serious work and moments of laughter, and you'll start to notice changes in your mood from our very first session. When I'm not in the office, I facilitate meditation and mindfulness workshops in schools, clinics, and the community. On nice days, you can find me at various parks throughout Manhattan, enjoying the natural beauty, reading a good book, or petting other people's dogs.
