Dr. Jay completed his psychiatry residency at Emory University School of Medicine after obtaining his MD degree from the Medical College of Georgia. He is Board Certified in Psychiatry and has research experience in anxiety disorders including articles published in peer-reviewed journals.

He is an adult psychiatrist practicing in the Marietta and Alpharetta locations. He has clinical interest and experience in the evaluation and management of depression, anxiety, panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, social and specific phobias, ADHD, and Bipolar Disorder, among others. He does not treat primary substance abuse, sexual abusers, court-mandated cases, or children.
