About

I’m Mary, founder of Through the Looking Glass Integration, a holistic psychedelic integration coaching practice supporting people in making sense of transformative experiences and translating insight into grounded, sustainable change.

My work blends behavioral science with psychospiritual guidance. With a background as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, licensed educator, and Certified Psychedelic Integration Coach, I offer trauma informed, non pathologizing support for individuals navigating microdosing, expanded states, identity shifts, and spiritual exploration.

I believe integration is where real transformation happens. Rather than chasing peak experiences or quick fixes, my approach emphasizes curiosity, embodiment, values alignment, and self relationship. I support clients through reflective dialogue, somatic awareness, journaling, ritual, and practical integration tools that help bring insight into everyday life.

Through the Looking Glass Integration is especially supportive for sensitive, introspective individuals seeking authenticity, clarity, and a deeper sense of meaning in their lives.

How I work with clients

My work with clients is grounded, collaborative, and client-led. I offer a supportive container for reflection, meaning-making, and integration rather than diagnosis or treatment. Each client brings their own wisdom, and my role is to help create the conditions for insight to be understood, embodied, and applied in daily life. Sessions are conversational and relational, with space to explore thoughts, emotions, body-based awareness, and spiritual or existential themes that arise from microdosing, expanded states, or other transformative life experiences. I tailor my approach to each individual, drawing from behavioral science, trauma-informed practices, somatic awareness, journaling, ritual, and values-based integration tools. I prioritize safety, consent, and pacing. We move slowly enough to support nervous system regulation and clarity, especially when clients are navigating identity shifts, emotional processing, or spiritual emergence. I do not pathologize experiences or push outcomes. Instead, I support curiosity, self-trust, and integration that feels sustainable and authentic. Clients often work with me through individual sessions or longer-term coaching containers, depending on their needs and level of support desired. Throughout the process, confidentiality, respect, and personal agency are central to the work.

Treatment approach

My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and non-pathologizing. I work from the understanding that altered states and transformative experiences are not problems to be fixed, but meaningful experiences that benefit from thoughtful integration and context. I support clients through a client-centered, collaborative process focused on reflection, meaning-making, and embodiment. Drawing from behavioral science, psychospiritual inquiry, and somatic awareness, I help clients explore how insights from microdosing, expanded states, or significant life events can be integrated into values-aligned action and everyday life. Depending on a client’s needs and preferences, sessions may incorporate supportive modalities such as distant Reiki, intuitive card readings, and guided meditations. These practices are used to support grounding, self-awareness, and nervous system regulation, and are always offered with consent and intention rather than interpretation or prediction. I emphasize pacing, consent, and nervous system regulation. Sessions are guided by curiosity rather than authority, allowing clients to develop their own understanding and relationship with their experiences. I do not diagnose, treat mental health conditions, or provide medical advice. Instead, I offer integration support that complements, but does not replace, therapeutic or medical care when appropriate. My work is especially supportive for individuals navigating identity shifts, spiritual exploration, emotional processing, or periods of transition who are seeking clarity, authenticity, and sustainable change.
