About

I am a licensed hospice social worker and bereavement counselor based in NYC with extensive experience in Psychedelic Assisted therapy. I use various modalities including IFS, EFT, and ACT when working with nonordinary states of consciousness to ensure that my clients get the most out of their experiences while providing them with a safe and supported container.
I am a certified ketamine-assisted therapist, psychedelic therapist, and psychedelic integration therapist.

How I work with clients

Through a collaborative process, I help patients discover connections between problematic patterns of thinking and relating, and the ongoing challenges they face. These connections – between thoughts and feelings, past and present, internal experience and external situations – can help a person think in new ways, generating possibilities for growth and change. This ollaborative approach to therapy emphasizes strengths and solutions and I believe that everyone is capable of being resourceful and resilient in the face of challenges. I use a person-centered and strength-based approach utilizing effective techniques from a variety of therapeutic modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); Emotional Focus Therapy (EFT); Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Treatment approach

In my practice, I aim to create a comfortable space within which to explore emotional, interpersonal, and behavioral difficulties. In my KAP practice, I believe that set and setting are instrumental and we spend a lot of time meticulously curating an experience that will promote the most healing, honoring the chosen medecine and its particular attributes. Recognizing the importance of the mind-body connection, I use a very measured approach to nonordinary states of consciousness as a conduit for deep healing and growth.
