About

I spent the early parts of my career working in social service agencies with individuals and families in crisis intervention, family dynamics, parenting, and life transitions. Moving into private practice has allowed me to prioritize meeting each client where they are in their own unique journeys. I came to psychedelic assisted psychotherapy after realizing that talk therapy is not enough for many people. It is important to me to use more effective mechanisms for change that that which is conventionally accepted.

I foster a inclusive, nonjudgmental and affirming approach that does not shy away from difficult emotions. Together we can create a collaborative and functional treatment plan that grows with and for you.

I believe that wellness is grounded in self care, respect, and love which creates the foundation for my approach. I partner with people to be curious about the systems in which they live and be proactive about pursuing growth and alignment with self. I join with people’s inner healing wisdom and offer my presence as one of perspective, non-judgement, challenge, and accountability to create a space that facilitates change.
