About

I am a Ketamine Assisted Trauma – Informed Psychotherapist in private practice in the Milwaukee WI area. My psychotherapy orientation includes a Jungian depth approach with skills to incorporate the mind, body and soul using my Somatic Experiencing and Biodynamic Cranial certifications. I have 17 years experience as a Trauma informed practitioner. My style is compassionate and intuitive. I have training and practice in meditation, yoga and other spiritual healing disciplines that give me the ability to guide others in and facilitate different levels of consciousness.

How I work with clients

I have an empathic/intuitive approach. I can feel into others emotional/physical experience and track what is happening in their energy body. I use a Jungian depth psychotherapy approach with a somatic touch skills. I do hands on work with clients when appropriate to provide more safety and facilitate nervous system regulation, emotional and trauma processing and integration. I am client focused, non-judgmental and non-intrusive. I practice mindfulness and use guided imagery to facilitate inner processes.
