People experience me as calming, grounding, and insightful. My unique approach integrates multiple modalities to address challenges like trauma, grief, anxiety, and life transitions. My primary focus is Religious Trauma Recovery for LGBTQIA+ Couples.

As a practicing Daoist (think yin-yang) and full-blown tea-head, I love obscure fine Chinese tea and appreciate the simple joys that bring depth and meaning to our existence.

I believe that external blocks often reflect internal blocks. I work with my clients to get to know those blocks, change your relationship with them, and learn how to allow what’s stuck to move.
