About

I am a professional mental health counselor that specializes in transpersonal art therapy. I graduated from Naropa University in Boulder, CO and I reside in Lafayette, CO. I use a trauma-informed and client-focused approaches to my therapeutic work and I utilize tools such as mindfulness, art, embodiment, holistic integration and nature-based techniques.

As an art therapist, I believe in the power of creativity and self-expression to heal and transform. I am committed to providing a non-judgmental and empowering therapeutic environment that supports my clients in their journey towards greater well-being and fulfillment.

My approach is grounded in compassion, empathy, and a deep appreciation for the uniqueness of each individual. With a focus on working with adults, I specialize in helping clients explore symptoms related to anxiety and trauma, manage emotions, regulate their nervous system, and reduce chronic stress. I employ a holistic and integrative approach that incorporates art therapy, psychotherapy, psychedelic integration therapy, Interactive Drawing Therapy, embodiment and mindfulness practices, parts work, EMDR, and transpersonal therapy. I believe that the creative process can offer profound insights and opportunities for growth, and I use metaphor, symbolism, and expression to help my clients gain a deeper awareness of their lives.

My goal is to provide a safe and welcoming space where clients can process and heal difficult emotions and trauma so that they can reclaim their authentic selves and live a joyful, peaceful, and embodied life. I am committed to using evidence-based practices and a harm reduction model to guide my work, and I strive to educate and empower my clients in their therapeutic journeys.
