About

Hi, I’m Janice. My work in alternative healing began in the late ’90s, when I chose to become an herbalist.

Through my herbal training, I was introduced to Traditional Indigenous Practices, Ayurveda, and Shamanism. I also delved into non-ordinary states of consciousness through drum journeying, dreamwork, plant and animal spirit attunement, and the sacred passages of death and dying.

A few years into my herbal practice, I joined the team at my local health food store to expand my knowledge of nutritional supplements, and work alongside others who shared my commitment to holistic health. For over 20 years, I have served my community through private practice and as a supplement manager.

As a Psychedelic Integration Coach my role is to help people to translate an intangible, mystical, ethereal experience to bring it into tangible form. I help them harness the wisdom from insights and embrace the freedom that comes from deep healing.

My own journey of growth and transformation with psychedelics parallels my coaching practice. I am deeply grateful for the healing and wisdom these plant medicines continue to offer and feel honored to be of service to those on their own path of transformation.

How I work with clients

I work in a grounded, collaborative way that is highly personalized and tailored to your needs and goals. My approach invites curiosity, compassion, and honesty, creating space to explore what is emerging in a way that feels centered and supported.

Treatment approach

1. Discovery Begin with a complimentary 30-minute discovery call to get a sense of where you’re at, answer questions, and see if my approach feels like the right fit for you. 2. Preparation Clarify intentions and prepare mentally, emotionally, and physically for your journey. We also discuss what to expect and establish a foundation for integration. 3. Experience If needed, guidance is available in selecting a facilitator or retreat that aligns with your goals and values. 4. Integration Structured post-journey support begins with a “landing” session within 48 hours of your experience, followed by continued sessions to process insights, embrace the healing received, and anchor your experience into daily life. 5. Ongoing Support Additional sessions, transcript review (when available), and between-session support are offered to deepen integration and maintain momentum.
