About

I’m a psychedelic guide, integration-focused coach, and sound practitioner with over eight years of experience supporting individuals and groups through private journeys, ceremonies, microdosing support, and integration.

My approach is client-centered and relational, blending modern psychology, coaching frameworks, ceremonial context, and sound-based practices. I incorporate instruments such as crystal bowls, drums, flutes, gongs, and voice to support regulation, embodiment, and emotional processing.

With a background in leadership development and a Master’s degree in Psychology, I bring a steady, grounded presence to expanded states. I focus on preparation, integration, and helping people access their own inner resources for healing, insight, and alignment.

How I work with clients

I work in a client-centered, relational way, adapting each experience to the individual rather than following a fixed protocol. I meet people where they are psychologically, emotionally, and spiritually, and shape sessions based on their intentions, capacity, and lived experience. My work emphasizes preparation, presence, and integration. Before any medicine work, I support clients in clarifying intentions, understanding risks, and building the internal and external conditions needed for meaningful experiences. During sessions, I offer steady, attuned support and—when appropriate—sound-based practices to support regulation, embodiment, and emotional processing. Afterward, I focus on integration, helping translate insights into practical, grounded changes in daily life. I don’t see myself as a healer. I create supportive conditions that allow clients to access their own inner resources, wisdom, and capacity for healing, growth, and alignment.

Treatment approach

My approach is integrative, client-centered, and non-protocol-driven. I draw from modern psychology, coaching frameworks, ceremonial context, and sound-based practices, adapting to each individual’s needs, intentions, and readiness rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model. I emphasize careful preparation, informed consent, and psychological safety before any medicine work. During sessions, I offer steady, attuned presence and—when appropriate—sound practices to support regulation, embodiment, and emotional processing. Afterward, I prioritize integration, helping clients make sense of their experiences and translate insights into sustainable changes in daily life. I view psychedelic experiences as catalysts rather than cures. My role is to create supportive conditions that help individuals access their own insight, resilience, and capacity for growth, while honoring personal responsibility, autonomy, and respect for the medicine.
