Richard Jackson, MD, has practiced integrative medicine and psychiatry for over 30 years and possesses extensive experience in a wide variety of clinical and administrative settings. He leads the Center for Integrative Psychiatry in Johnson City, Tennessee. Dr. Jackson’s primary area of professional interest is in treating individuals with resistant and complex depressive and anxiety disorders, with the goals of achieving lasting remission of symptoms, maximizing quality of life, and restoring personal and occupational functioning. He has studied the role of ketamine in treatment-resistant depression and anxiety extensively. Dr. Jackson has treated patients with ketamine in his private practice since 2015.
