How I work with clients

I offer an integrative approach to mental health. That means I take the time to listen to what your needs and desires are before rushing to my prescription pad. Most often psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, with an emphasis on the psychotherapy hot I most often work with people. However, I may run genetic tests and bloodwork to look for organic causes of mental health challenges. My treatments may include nutritional and lifestyle guidance, herbs, supplements, and medications. See the clinic website for more information.

Treatment approach

I use counseling skills rooted in the Hakomi tradition and Internal Family Systems, as well as Buddhist psychology and meditation coaching. However, I'm happy to collaborate with your therapist if you are already working with one. You can expect compassionate, non-judgmental care aimed at holistic optimization of your health.
