I offer guidance for those who have had received valuable messages during altered states of consciousness, helping people make sense of those experiences and apply them to their lives in insightful ways. I help my clients gain clarity and maintain safety to deepen their self-understanding, supporting them as they grow and seek out their most authentic life. I use the wisdom I have gained from my own journey overcoming depression and anxiety and finding fulfillment through yoga, meditation, spirituality and more. I aim to help others be comfortable in their own skin and find their path to fulfillment and self-knowledge.
