About

Years of inner excavation and self exploration draw on my Punjabi Sikh lineage, a history of migration across continents and cultures — South Asia, Europe, and North America — my life as a queer man; a lifelong practice of moving between worlds. My lived experience has taught me that thoughtful and intentional exploration of non-ordinary states of consciousness can help us better understand and integrate what we carry.

I work with people who are doing serious inner work — navigating grief, identity, creative blocks, life transitions, or a quiet sense that something essential has gone unlived. My approach is relational, somatic, and unhurried. I bring experience as a multidisciplinary artist, a community builder, and an emerging facilitator trained through the Neuma Centre for Psychedelic Safety & Response and under an experienced guide.

I offer preparation, ceremonial support, and integration. I work in person in Montreal. Discovery calls are complimentary.

How I work with clients

I begin with a complimentary 30-minute discovery call to explore your intentions and assess fit. From there, preparation sessions help us build a container of trust before any ceremonial work. Post-ceremony integration sessions support you in making meaning of your experience and carrying it forward into daily life. I work at a sliding scale for integration sessions.

Treatment approach

Relational, somatic, and culturally rooted. I hold space that is unhurried, intuitive, and attuned to the whole person — body, history, and spirit.
