The Nashville Psychedelic Center provides the middle Tennessee area with high-quality psychedelic therapy treatment and related services. We work with clients to achieve significant personal changes with our highly trained and extensively experienced staff. We believe and have seen the healing power of psychedelic therapy and want to help others grow and heal.
How I work with clients
have over a decade of psychedelic experience with a wide variety of medicines. I was the first person in TN to be trained to provide MDMA Assisted Psychotherapy (coming 2023) and have been pioneering the medicinal use of psychedelics in Middle Tennessee. Along with this I have 15 years of experience as a psychotherapist where I work with a wide variety of issues including helping with the anxiety and depression caused by past trauma or rough childhoods, men’s issues, and secular counseling. Generally, I help my clients feel more at peace with themselves and others, more fulfilled and wholesome in relationships, and increased confidence and zest for life.
Treatment approach
I utilize a variety of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, stress management, increasing self-worth, inner child work, incorporation of meditation, assertiveness training, mood management, anxiety reduction, empowerment and work/life balance.
I am believer in holistic treatment and the connection between the mind and the body. I encourage my clients to pursue body connected activities like yoga, mindful exercise, or deep breathing.
