My name is Zoe.

I am a psychiatric nurse and psychedelic researcher with years of experience in trauma and addictions. I work with macro and microdoses of medicine for a customized approach to address the totality of whomever is across from me, where they are, and where they want to go.

I have extensive experience with psychedelic plants, mind expanding substances and rituals on a professional and personal level that have helped deepen my outlook and comprehension of life as a multi-dimensionally cognizant being. The path toward wholeness and understanding the relationship between Self/Whole has shaken me to the core; challenged, and ultimately transformed, everything I thought I knew. It has also opened me up to ineffable truths, deep calm, intimate mystery and rapturous beauty that are integrated into my experience of life, myself and my practice.

I offer myself in service as a guide, collaborator and companion on the strange, scary, liberating journey toward seeing yourself, knowing yourself, loving yourself on as deep a level as you desire. I will meet you where you are and encourage your steps toward relating to the world from this place as you discover more and more about who you are, on your terms at at your pace. We are not meant to do this alone.

How I work with clients

I tailor a mix of approaches when interacting with clients. The primary focus is looking for patterns, where they come from, and how they can be addressed. I also combine many wellness services including existential approaches, psychedelic coaching and microdosing, as well as herbal guidance and somatic body work.

    Zoe is incredibly kind and compassionate, and her passion for her work is contagious. When I met her, I was experiencing one of the lowest points in my life. She listened to what I had to say and suggested a few sessions. I agreed and my sessions with Zoe turned out to be an aperture to another life and way of being.
