I am a wellness coach as well as a psychedelic preparation and integration coach. I tailor coaching programs based on the needs of the individual but I do believe in whole health wellness.
This means that I coach people through nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness practices while also supporting any work they choose to do in psychedelics.
My hope is that as people discover the healing potential in psychedelics, they begin doing the preparation and integration work that helps to solidify the healing change they are seeking.
