How I work with clients
Treatment approach
Microdosing and coaching programs (including yoga nidra, breathwork, dreamwork, etc.) include Four (4) 1-hour sessions over Zoom.
In general, my approach is somatic and trauma-sensitive in that it explores the ways in which our physical and emotional suffering, as well as the keys to our psychospiritual growth and transformation, are rooted in the body.
