About
I am a curator of deep healing that stems from my own extensive inner journey of soul work. I utilize some unique personal aptitudes along with an eclectic blend of skills and trainings to help clients lean into, and touch, the truth of who they are.
Fundamentally, I am a Transformation Coach. My work is grounded in psychospiritual and transpersonal realms of thought, practice, and worldviews. Formal training includes Transformational Coaching (Certified 2010, Institute of Transpersonal Psychology) and Transpersonal Psychology (MA, 2009, ITP) with a focus on shadow work. Jungian psychology is foundational to my orientation with symbolic vision, dreamwork and archetypal patterns all informing what I do at a very deep level. Adding to this is training is Hakomi (US and Canada), IFS for Coaches, Compassion Cultivation (Compassion Institute), Mindfulness-Based Psychedelic Guiding (Credentialed, Center for Medicinal Mindfulness), Mindfulness Mediation Teacher Certification (Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach), and training in Wisdom School (Cynthia Bourgeault, Center for Contemplation and Action) and Jungian Mystery School on the intersection of Jungian Psychology and Psychedelics (CAJS). More recently, I’ve immersed myself in the study of the Divine Feminine/Goddess and embodiment practices (Somatic Institute for Women), as well as the work of Bill Plotkin and the eco- and depth psychologies featured by Animus Valley Institute (Into the Dark Womb, Women’s Vision Fast, April 2025).
Trained as a nurse, I hold decades of experience working with others as they navigate healing challenges. My capacity for meeting others where they’re at, is borne of this time in practice.
I conduct an online private practice in Kingston, Ontario, CANADA. I work with the general public, as well as nursing students in my capacity as a Transformational Coach. I also conduct Psychedelic Prep and Integration Coaching for those exploring plant medicine work. In addition to online sessions, I work in-person at Spear Wellness Centre in Kingston where I see clients, and conduct ceremonies and healing circles featuring Breathwork, and Cannabis as a psychedelic. Finally, as a credentialed guide, I co-sit therapeutic plant medicine sessions with other therapists.
