About

I got by through high school, having been promised that in college everything would be better. But it is when I moved out on my own that my struggles really began. My struggles were with motivation, follow-through, and social anxiety. I could easily hole up in my room for days; something that always ended in a sense of depression. I began working at a primitive living skills camp in Vermont, and I discovered a new me through a connection with nature. This led me to pursue a graduate degree in Wilderness Therapy, and along the way I engaged in my own therapy. There were many discoveries through this period of my life – and many of my struggles came from getting stuck in my head. I tried to think my way through every problem, analyze a situation, and often this left me in a free fall of self-criticism and self-doubt. By building a relationship to my body and my heart, I discovered a whole new way of relating to myself and the world. I was able to step out of the self-critical thought loops and discover a confident and peaceful me. I provide experiential therapy, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and more to help you find yourself. We can renew your heart together.
