Much of Dr. Nguyen’s time in the field of psychology was spent counseling and providing therapy to adolescents and adults with depression. In total, he spent seven years in the field of Clinical Psychology. After completing graduate work in psychology, he entered medical school and ultimately graduated and specialized in Emergency Medicine. In the field of Emergency Medicine, he used Ketamine quite frequently. Ultimately, the field of Emergency Medicine has allowed him to combine both my training in the field of mental health and medicine and be able to provide a safe and effective alternative in the management of treatment-resistant depression.
