How I work with clients

I offer preparation and integration support for individuals working with ketamine, psilocybin (in legal jurisdictions), and other psychedelic medicines that elicit altered states of consciousness. I prioritize mindful and safe preparation for altered-state experiences, holistic integration of these experiences, and helping my clients translate their experiences and insights into meaningful, lasting growth that they can see and feel in their day-to-day. I welcome those who are curious, motivated, and ready to transform. Please note that I am not licensed to provide any medications nor medication management, and therefore do not offer these services.

Treatment approach

My therapeutic approach is warm, curious, compassionate, and transformative. I regularly integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic awareness, EFT Tapping, Motivational Interviewing, nervous system regulation strategies informed by Polyvagal Theory (including the Safe & Sound Protocol or SSP), and holistic mind-body interventions.
