David Crook

Dr. Crook is a graduate of DePauw University and the Indiana University School of Medicine. He obtained his board certification in Anesthesiology after completing his residency at Indiana University. Dr. Crook serves as the Anesthesia Director of Preoperative Services for a large hospital system. For nearly two decades, he has used ketamine in his clinical practice for the treatment of acute pain and as part of a multimodal pain management strategy. He is excited about the applications of ketamine to treat depression and chronic pain states.
