About
Dr. Lee is Board Certified in Anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology and has been practicing anesthesiology for nearly 15 years. She has expertly and successfully administered Ketamine to her patients since she entered her residency in 1999. Dr. Lee is passionate about helping her patients break the vicious cycle of treatment resistant depression and other difficult to treat mood disorders. Prior to founding Optimum Ketamine Center, Dr. Lee served as the Vice Chairperson of the Department of Anesthesiology at Alexian Brother’s Medical Center. Dr. Lee’s many professional achievements include appointment by the Governor to the Illinois State Board of Health, selection as the Vice President of the Medical Staff at Alexian Brother’s Medical Center, and service as a medical board member of a Chicago public health clinic.

Dr. Lee and everyone at Optimum Ketamine Center of Chicago are the absolute BEST IN THE BUSINESS!! I take ketamine treatments for severe depression. Dr. Lee took the time to really listen to me, understand how I was suffering, and created a treatment planned tailored to my needs. Because ketamine is a new treatment education for patients is key. Dr. Lee and everyone at the clinic take the time to explain everything they are doing, and make you feel comfortable and at ease through the whole process. Thanks to all of their efforts I finally feel as if I can begin to live a life again. I do not exaggerate when I say they SAVED MY LIFE. If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars I would. I know trying ketamine can be scary, but not with Dr. Lee and her staff!! They are the best in the business!!

Dr. June Lee is incredible, she truly cares about her patients and seeing them get better. The nurses and staff are always so friendly and accommodating. I am so glad I found Dr. Lee, and would highly recommend her to anyone I meet.
