My name is Denisse, and the frequencies of my clinical approach are non-pathologizing, culturally affirming, and psychospiritual. I ultimately see psychotherapy as the process of liberation when befriending our darkness and recognizing the innate wisdom that we each carry within us – already.

Currently, I work with adults and all genders, identities, and ancestry who are seeking depth oriented psychotherapy, ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP), psychedelic integration, or microdosing support.

How I work with clients

I invite various experiential activities and exercises, which may require you to move your body, utilize objects in your room, engage in role plays using an empty chair, do reenactments, and/or practice visualization in an access the wisdom of your mind, body, heart, and spirit.

Treatment approach

I offer bilingual, telehealth services in Spanish or English to clients who reside in California and draw from somatic, experiential, relational, mindfulness-based, & trauma informed modalities with an emphasis on intergenerational healing and ancestral veneration to facilitate deep introspection of the patterns and dynamics at play within my clients.
