About
Aleya Littleton is an Adventure Therapist and guide specializing in movement and utilizing the outdoors for healing. Aleya’s background is in science education, making her a huge nerd and a fan of all the things we are learning from interpersonal neurobiology and psychedelics. She guides rock climbing and offers nature retreats. Her approach with each client is unique. She uses an experiential style during therapy and will resource Gestalt, Trauma Dynamics, Somatic Psychotherapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Through activity and connection to the earth, she believes you can heal and become your best self. Our work will be mostly outdoors – hiking, climbing or sitting in a wide-open space, with psychedelic-assisted sessions at our office.
