How we work with clients
We work on a 6 week program to identify behaviors and habits to prepare for a meaningful psychedelic experience, followed by 4 weeks of integration.
Treatment approach
Interrelating Holistic Life Coaching with Eastern and Jungian Philosophy, asana and breathwork.
Relating physical, energetic, perspective and spiritual dimensions in a holistic human model, focusing on what's holding behaviors and habits in place and what values, beliefs and emotions are contributing to current practices and outcomes. By exploring what is holding habits in place, the coachee can see more clearly what changes might be needed to achieve new desired results.
