Dr. Hedaya asked good questions and then offered procedures that would help me with the pain in my lower back. It is very difficult to contact someone. When you call, you get a list of options to choose from and not a real person to talk to. I was told that it was because of the number of calls the office gets but I believe that it is important, when people are in pain, that they have a real person to talk to. I needed to confirm an appointment and couldn’t because I had to leave a message.

I saw this doctor recently at his clinic located in Beachwood, Ohio. He was extremely polite, & so was his staff. I am so happy that I have finally found a doctor, that actually listens to what I have to say. After several years of visiting numerous doctors & getting absolutely nowhere, I feel that I might possibly be able to correct the problems this time with Dr. Hedaya. I have just started my treatment plan, & look foward to hopefully being pain free here shortly.

Dr Hedaya eliminated my almost crippling pain. Three nerve blocks, and one epidural, and I’m close to being “like new.”
